I hired them to add some panels to my system. I asked if he gave cash discounts. He said yes as long as I made check payable to him personally in order to avoid paying taxes. Before his work was complete he demanded payment in full. When I told him I would give him partial payment,, he became combative blaming me for delaying his work. He then hastily gathered his tools and walked off the job and never returned again blaming me for kicking him off the job site. I am a senior handicap person confined to a wheelchair, how ridiculous to make that statement. He left me no option but to report him to taxing authorities and file a civil complaint.
Excellent service. Local to Rio Rancho area. Very patient and willing to explain and help me learn. I will be recommending Green Chile Solar to friends and family as well as calling them for any service needs in the future.
Josh was truly outstanding! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything works and what to watch out for. I'm grateful that we found him!
Josh came out quickly and communicated with me the entire time. He showed up when he said he was going to be there. He dealt with solar edge on the phone, while running a diagnostic on my solar panel system. We are waiting for a new inverter to arrive. I highly recommend green Chile solar especially if you have an orphan system. Josh is great!
