"Too good to be true."

Literally that was my thought throughout my recent experience with UniverCity. I'd been stalled for a year with Tesla and was giving up hope I could get my solar expansion project in before the tax credits expire. I reached out to a few local contractors, and these guys came under every other bid. In design, they managed to fit more south-facing panels with limited roof real estate, compared to two previous designs I received.

Every other contractor said any new panels would be incompatible with my existing system, which was a problem since I wanted the full capacity for the batteries I was adding. UniverCity said no problem. It ended up taking them three times as long to get the two systems talking to each other and they had to try two new panels before they could get it to work. But they didn't change the contract on me.

There were some hiccups at the end getting through inspection. But they were fair, received my feedback, and got me to the finish line. David, Frank, Aaron - thank you. Just a terrific experience all round.

usage needs are, so we won’t have a leftover bill from Edison and to make
sure we weren’t paying for extra panels we didn’t need. David has kept me
informed at each phase of the process from initial consultation to my panels
operating. This was the easiest home improvement I did! Other companies said
it would take 60-90 days for install, University solar did it in 30! They
were able to cut my bill by 30%. I already recommended them to many family
and friends.

I had the pleasure of working with Univercity Solar to install solar panels on my home, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. From the initial consultation with Aaron to the final installation, every step of the process was smooth, efficient, and professional.
One of the things that stood out to me about Univercity Solar was their dedication to customer satisfaction. Right from the beginning, their team took the time to understand my energy needs and tailor a solar solution that perfectly suited my home and budget. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided transparent information about the installation process, financing options, and expected savings.
The installation itself was flawless. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the project ahead of schedule. I was impressed by their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Plus, they made sure to clean up thoroughly after themselves, leaving my property even tidier than they found it.

Hey just wanted to come on here and let everybody know about our solar experience with Univercity Solar...

Before we decided to get solar we reached out to all our friends that had solar to talk to them about what to look out for. We heard all the horror stories, for trampled plants to installations with out proper permits, to installs on the wrong side of the house. Happy to say we experienced none of these things. From the start the entire process was easy, and laid back. We met with David’s team and discussed what our plans were with the house. Next we had a few surveys on the house for planning. Then we had the panels installed within a few weeks. Installation took 2 days and the panels look great. Jess and I were worried about the look of solar on the Front of the house Dave assured us his panels would be low profile and solid black. They look great and we are happy customers. Thanks David.
