We have a whole electric house with an average bill of $385 a month.After installing ground mounts are electric bill is $26 which is the cost of using Com-Ed's meter. Dan our salesman was great to work with and guided us through the process! Tyler who supervises the whole process was there to answer all our questions! Braven saved me a lot of money!!!! Tyler with Braven Solar was amazing. We were in the process of signing with sunrun and we thought we were purchasing a system however they were trying to force us into a lease. Tyler assisted us in purchasing our system and now we have a $15 electric bill! Highly recommend Braven Solar!
So the last couple months we've been experiencing a high comed bill ,, we have solar panels and it's our second year with them so seeing how the price of our bill was extremely high this year compared to last year I felt something is wrong with our panels!! I Reached out to Braven Solar and Tyler was amazing in telling what brand of panels I have also explaining to me that the company who installed our panels went out of business as well... but he was willing to help!! And seeing how they are local to the area I highly recommend them ,, even with calling and asking questions like I did since I'm a new home owner (3 years in) and added solar panels our second year owning the home we still aren't educated with them 100% so he taught me a lot in our short time over the phone!! I look forward into working with Tyler and seeing why my solar panels aren't functioning 100%!! Thank you for taking time out your day to answer all my questions!!
The staff at Braven were extremely knowledgeable and informative about the process of going solar. Tyler was very responsive and installed not only my solar system but also my parents and my grandparents. Each install was done professionally and in a timely manner.
