FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, after the SunPower bankruptcy, I found where (at least some of) the laid off SunPower knowledge went! Jacob knew his way around my rather complicated SunVault home battery system, and his contacts with the SunStrong people really helped too. After some delay in waiting for updated parts, he deftly installed and re-commissioned the system to where it's running evern better than new. THANK YOU PLACER SOLAR - you should be #1 on every SunPower owner's list.
