Erin is a credit to the solar repair profession! After we had our solar system installed by another company that since went MIA, we have had a few issues with it not working as promised. I called Erin during an PG&E outage when my battery wasn't providing electricity to many areas of my house.I described our system and he explained that of the hundreds of inspections he had done last year, he hadn't come across my specific battery (PointGuard/SigEn) but he would do his homework so that when he came for the appt, he would be prepared. He got me on the calendar promptly and arrived on time for the appt.Not only did he help me to better understand the equipment we have, but he had to troubleshoot the battery and load hub after he discovered that my Smart Loads (allowing custom control over which loads are powered by the battery in an outage from my phone) were never set up! He spent time on the phone with tech support to complete that installation so now my system is fully functional AND I have a better understanding of my solar system as a whole.I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to have their solar system evaluated (and explained to the homeowner) to ensure it is working at full capacity.
