They’ve been incredibly patient, helpful and professional.Our installation was perfectly on time and despite some unforeseen issues on our roof, they were able to completed on the day promised. They have been so available for questions, concerns, and even for difficulties with historic Neighborhood permits. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Jake was so helpful and responsive. Had the pleasure of doing business with North Valley. Peter Ferguson came to my door and was very professional and kind and out of all solar people that I spoke to I had a feeling I should listen to what he had to say and oh boy I was right. Next day Billy Smith came with Peter and explained and taught me so much about how much I can be saving and instead of paying pge 900$ I will be paying now 289$ and they provide me with everything best solar can offer. Tesla batteries and panels and all the work plus so much more. Out of all the companies that I spoke with North Valley seems to got it right, they have staff who care about people and their pockets and I am now a happy customer and they treated me like family. Thank you Peter and Billy you guys were amazing.
