I've had Purelight since the beginning of this year. Well, I have the panels, at least. The system hasn't been generating any power for 2 1/2 weeks. I can't get anyone from this company to take a look at it or figure out what's going on. They have canceled a couple of appointments on me to service this issue. So, currently I am paying off this solar system that Purelight installed, that isn't working, with no expectation for it to be operational any time soon. During peak solar generation time.

Update: Waiting on service. Could be easy fix or could need equipment replaced.

Update 2: A panel had gone out. Took a while for a replacement part to be procured. Installation of the replacement was quick once it was procured and everything is up and running. Waiting on a disbursement that will cover a portion of the lost electrical generation, but that seems to be taking longer than it should. System is working again.

UPDATE 3: they are now out of business so god help any of us who purchased with them. Should be criminal.

Started our purelight experience in about February completed on September 19th. What a joke. We were told we would be completed about June. We had the roof and solar done at the same time. Roofers and installers we great. Professional and quick. I made so many phone calls trying to get things completed. Was told that the project being done by June would allow us to bank some energy for the winter months. Since the project did not complete until September that did not happen. We would go for a month with no calls or anything. I would call and get we will call you in a couple of days. Again nothing. I would try and call them again and no return call. So if you are looking to get solar run from these people. Ohh and there solution to Make it right send me a check for $100. I told the people I talked to I would not even recommend purelight solar to do my dishes let alone my solar.

This is awsome 3 weeks after my review my wife reports to me that thier check bounced. Like I said RUN AWAY.

I would never use this company as their employee seems to think they can use their company vans for retaliatory behavior. My brother was visiting and he parked his vehicle curbside on a public street. Where he parked happened to be in front of the home of a pure light power employee. The employee’s boyfriend told us that my brother needed to move his vehicle and I told them no as the street is public parking and anyone one can park there, in a retaliatory form the Purelight employee decided to move their company van to the now vacant section of sidewalk in front of my house right under my children’s basketball hoop. Not only did they poorly park, front tire against the curb, rear tire sticking out a foot or more from the curb, but they did not place any cones around the vehicle nor did they seem to care that kids often use that basketball hoop. Fortunately the hoop was raised as high as it goes otherwise the gear on top of the van would have hit the basketball hoop. This alone will deter me from ever using services from this company. I will be filing a complaint with city code enforcement in the morning. This company should educate them employees on how to properly park their service vehicles.

We’ve had plenty of salespeople come to our door over the years and we usually turn them away. But when Cesar from Pure Light showed up, his vibe was different. He was super chill and respectful, not pushy at all.

He explained everything clearly and made way more sense than anyone else we had talked to. We ended up going solar with them and we’re seriously happy with how it turned out.

We even had them redo our roof and that went great too. Everything was smooth and now our house looks amazing and works better for us. Definitely recommend.

Madison provided me with the answers to the questions I had. I now feel comfortable with the decision I made to have the system installed on the house. She got me set up on my phone to observe the system producing electricity and see the payback already in progress. She provide the best customer service I have had with the Purelight experience bar none. The photos of the solar array she followed up with were Great.
