From start to finish they were fabulous. From the sales team, Janel made us feel secure answered all our questions! Luis was fabulous on the install professional from the get go. Greg was fabulous to come in and make sure we were 100% sure and knew what we were doing. I cannot stress how easy and wonderful they made the process.

Not only did they get everything installed and working, but they followed up with a personal visit to make sure we knew how to get the best results and how to get the biggest credits and refunds. We recommend going with them if you're thinking of going solar.
We had solar panels installed back in 2012 and wanted to add more along with a backup battery. Met ES Solar at a home show and had them come out. We didn’t do anything the first time they came out as financially we weren’t ready. They contacted us later on to see if we were ready and that there were different financing options available. It was a good change and fit with what we could handle.The process was good. Able to get financing set up and that was all done with the salesman. Scheduling was easy. We didn’t have to wait about 6 months to get on the install schedule but we were fine with waiting. When install day came the crew they sent out were nice. Kept on task with getting things done. Communicated well with where they needed access and any issues that came up along the way. Not really issues just adjustments to placement and running some wires.We have always had good clear communication from the company of what is expected from us and what they will be doing next. Overall a good experience and happy to recommend them to anyone else.
Cordell and Randal were hard workers and very competent in their skills and training. Each was a good communicator to me in progress of installation, and briefing at the end. The entire installation was done by 2.30, including a successful City inspection. Thanks, ES Solar SLC!!
