Aaron and his partner just left after fulfilling the company’s promise to come investigate a problem with my solar’s communications software. As has been the case since Infinity sold me my system and installed my system, Infinity has consistently been there to service my system - and since 2017. That’s seven years of reliable post-sale service - rare these days. At times -- particularly during the Covid shutdown of 2020-2022 -- I’ve had to wait for parts. At times, I’ve had to wait until CC and company could get someone to the house. But they always have honored their word. For that, I give them five stars.
Company sucks. Got another local solar company Nivo, to come and fix what infinity over promised and under delivered.
Once your project is done good luck getting any service done. I went local to have a peace of mind if any issues were to arise. Now I’m regretting it. I spent over 85k with no support look else where. I was going to try Abilene next. I will advise anyone away from this company. I have spent hours on the phone with enphase getting my issues resolved which thankfully they answer and are helpful.
