Jack Acuna of Solar Service came to my house yesterday to locate problems with my Solar panel system. It was cold and windy and he worked diligently for a couple of hours. There still are a few questions about what is going on but Jack showed A+ knowledge at what he was doing. Solar Service deserves 5 ***** for their efforts.
Solar Service is great. It was easy to schedule, and they communicated clearly. Brandon was our technician, and he was very professional: prompt, friendly, diligent, thorough, and explained things in an understandable fashion. The before and after pics of the panels is dramatic. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to pay to have them cleaned, and I already saw an increase in production the first day after the cleaning. I will definitely be using them again, and cleaning more often. This was my first time using solar service. I'm very pleased with the service. The technician Angel Caillas explained the procedure. Very professional, reliable, and on time for the service. I was so worried since I had a Raccoon that was trying to make a home under my solar panel and to my attic. This Raccoon damaged my roof under the panel, also the ceiling of one of my bedrooms came down with all the rain we had in June. I have called other companies no answer and some too much money. The solar service company not only listened to my worries that I was facing. They came and gave me service right away. Thank you, Thank-you and thank you. For the solar guard.
