I'm so happy I reached out to Luminalt! We have a large solar set up on my shop and it wasn't working. The company that installed it went out of business an we have been stuck in limbo. I reached out to Luminalt, got connected to Kayla and she set up an inpsection and got us going in the right direction!Don't hire a smalll crappy company to help a buddy for something this important! I did, and I regret it.I'm glad to have a company helping me now that is established, been around for a long time and the people are amazing!! 6 out of 5 stars!PS: Jesse and Eddy were the technicians that came out to our shop and there were more than helpful, and patient with us. We purchased our solar panel array (13 panels) from Luminalt who also installed it - now 10 years ago. The inverter started issuing 'electric arc fault' messages about a year ago throwing the system off line.They were able to correct it at the time. Then toward the end of '25 the inverter issues multiplied to the point that it was felt it needed to be replaced. To their credit Luminalt was able to get that done days before the warranty expired.Then the replacement (newly refurbished) started showing fault issues within 24 hours but Luminalt came right back the next day and isolated the problem to a separate wiring harness box. They replaced the key wires and the system has been up and running ever since.To sum it up the Luminalt staff are a knowledgeable and friendly group who take their service responsibilities seriously. We are now exploring battery storage options with them as well.
We had Luminalt Solar install 29 solar panels on our Victorian in Bernal Heights ten years ago. We’re thrilled with the installation and savings on our PG&E bill every month! Our service rep, Kayla, is exceptional in every way! If we ever have any issues we email her and she always replies promptly, professionally and always goes above and beyond to solve any and every issue we have! Kayla is without a doubt the best service rep we have ever encountered in any business! Five Stars! ??????????

I had a fantastic experience with the Luminalt Solar team. They did a great job installing my solar system, with impressive attention to detail, and at a good price. I’ve been loving the system ever since! What really stood out to me, though, was how they went above and beyond. I had some questions about a completely different solar setup my parents have—with no business for them— and without hesitation, the team took the time to answer everything thoroughly. They really care about helping, even when it’s outside the scope of the job. All around, they’re good people who deliver great service. Highly recommend!
