We had a smooth experience with SolarSesame from start to finish. Every team that came to our home from the initial visit by the Sales team till the final visit for activating the solar system were all very professional and knowledgeable.We have had concerns with installing Solar for a long time as we have tiled roof. We had engaged with couple of other vendors in previous years but were not convinced that the roof would be taken care of, and hence we did not go with them. The SolarSesame team explained us in great detail how the installation will go and addressed all our concerns in the first two meetings. Later, they also kept up their promise by replacing the tiles that broke during installation.The team was always on time for every visit.
