Brad Bradley saved me! My solar stopped working and the company that installed it went out of business. I didn't know what to do. I called a handful of companies in Tucson trying to find someone that could help. Brad called me back right away and eased my mind. He had me go to my unit and walked me through a few troubleshooting techniques to see if he could help me get it working over the phone. This saved me a service call. Once he figured out what was wrong, we conference called the manufacturer and figured out a plan. His workers came and installed a new box, from the original manufacturer, and he set me up with an account so both him and I can see how the system is preforming. The best part is the he monitors all this clients systems daily and will call me if he sees an anomaly.Best company ever!!
