We had a spectacular experience from start to finish with Solcium. I don't mince words when I write a review (check out some of my others). Michelle was our sales person and she's personally invested in Solcium's success because she is also the owner! That level of personal service is important to us when we're making an improvement to our most prized possession... our home. Michelle and her team went above and beyond throughout the process from designing the system, answering our most ridiculous questions, and understanding our anxiety of such a large undertaking. We had them install a large solar system on our roof paired with two Franklin WH batteries and we've seen immediate drops in our Duke bill. Sebastian was our lead electrician on the project and was meticulous with ensuring that the installation looks as good as it functions - and that was very important to us. His team was amazing. Michelle was with us every step of the way. She was here to meet with local inspectors (and that was a very interesting process to observe - be prepared for your local jurisdiction!). Michelle handled them like a true pro. Her team even followed up with Duke judiciously almost daily to ensure we received Permission to Operate before the deadline of the federal solar rebate. We don't have a full cycle bill just yet, but even that first partial bill was a fraction of what we had been paying. The impact was immediate. The monthly payment of our solar system is so much less than we had been paying Duke, so this was an wise choice to make.

I'm pleased to report we haven't had any major problems with our installation - just a few little things here and there like a bad connector, but most of those issues were due to third-party components - not Solcium - but they stand behind what they sell and fully support issues as if they are their own.

We can be particular about aesthetics and sometimes ask too many questions, but Michelle never made us feel like we were being difficult (even if we were! Again, this was a BIG purchase and we wanted it to be perfect). I'm glad we chose Solcium because they are a GREAT community partner and supporter and a "good citizen" kind of company. We couldn't be happier with our system and highly recommend Solcium for your solar or back-up battery needs. Like I said, they will do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied with every step of the process and I can't stress enough how important that is in this world of "are they a scam?" solar companies. They use the absolute latest tech and can get you almost anything you want for your system. Michelle's company stands apart from the "solar bros" and rises to the top. Plus, she's a ray of sunshine herself. Fitting for a solar company!

Solcium was the contractor who installed my system and they were exemplary. The installation was great, and they were quick, I have worked for other companies and none of them have even come close to their installation turnaround time. They were on the ball for getting it completed with the city and with Duke. They sent out their technician to go over how to read the monitoring app, and our bills and recovered all the information that was given at the point of sale with Happy Energy Solar. It aligned perfectly with what we were sold and the monitoring and bills show that we are even producing above our anticipated target. I truly couldn't be more thankful for going solar with them. 5-Stars. Absolutely a top-notch experience.

This kind young man, Terrance came to my door and was so knowledgeable that I set up an appointment to hear more. My Duke Energy bill was so high in the Summer 2023, I didn't know how I was going to pay it. I had to look for solutions. When Sally came to see me for the appointment, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. And she could show me in black and white. I am so happy with my Solar and it will save me more each year. They have exceeded my expectations in every way. they have showed up on time and even adjusted their schedule when i forgot about an appointment. will recommend Solcium to anyone wanting to pursue Solar, and the 30yr warranty is the best of any company i researched. 5 stars

Diana and Marco were my reps and they were amazing. I was hesitant about going solar but when they came out to explain everything, it was a conversation and the education was top-notch. They made sure we knew everything, it was broken down so that we could understand and digest all that information. Karla from the office was amazing, she was sweet and to the point providing updates. She was professional and always addressed me as "sir." The install team was 1000% recommended. They were amazing. They would always ask about going in the backyard, ask about coming in the house, provide updates every hour, and are very professional. I can't get over the amount of education they provided us and knowledge is power. It was a great experience from start to finish.
