EXCELLENT! PROFESSIONAL! TIMELY! FAIR PRICING! KIND! GREAT WORK ETHICS! We used Frank from Tiger Stripe Solar to CLEAN our windows on our home. Frank arrived promptly at the scheduled time and explained his process. He was very clear and professional about how the job would be completed and offered a more than fair and reasonable price. Frank and his crew walked the property pointing out the process and asked us about any specific needs or concerns. They got to work immediately cleaning the exterior of all the windows on our home. They even scrubbed and cleaned my steel screen door which was definitely needed. I like to keep the drapes open to the outside in our family room, which has two walls of all windows and they all are so clean, I feel like I am outside. My windows had been neglected for years because, let’s face it! Who likes to clean windows? Thrilled to have a local small business that I can count on regularly to get this job done for us! Frank knows how to hustle. Canvasing neighborhoods is difficult, but I always appreciate the effort and guts it takes to do so. I had been looking online for Solar Panel Cleaning services and Window Washing services for the past 2 months. Frank came by my house and we chatted and he offered me a great value price for cleaning my 27 Solar Panels and he said he could also do all my windows at a very reasonable price. He walked around my property telling me specifically how he was going to reach my roof (a very high 2 story) and how he was insured and would take extra precautions during the cleaning. My solar panels had not been cleaned in 2 years and were verrrry dirty. It was definitely affecting my solar panel performance as you will see below and in my photos. Also, my exterior windows had not been properly cleaned since pre-Covid times. They were rough. First, the solar panels. I am uploading 4 images showing the before and after of not only my generation in kWh but also each panel's power generation. Before Solar Cleaning: I generated 35.27 kWh of electricity. After Solar Cleaning: I generated 40.90 kWh of electricity. That is 5.63 kWh more due to the cleaning. The percentage of power gain: ~15.96%!!! (My production increased by 15.96% but my old production was 13.77% less if you're doing your own math to fact check me. Both are correct, just measuring from different reference points mathematically). Break-even point: I would need to generate ~1,250 extra kWh. Given historical data showing dramatic generated kWh increases from now until September, I would reach ROI in less than 150 days conservatively ~ Sept 9, 2025. You will note a 2-day separation in my screenshots of my Solar app. This is because on the day skipped, Frank was on the roof working on the solar panels and using that day would not be a fair representation of the power gain I am seeing now. Second, Windows. Wow. My windows have never been cleaner. In fact, I now must allocated time to clean the INSIDE of every window as I can see things I had not seen in years and thought was only on the outside. Frank and his colleague took their time to do every window and do them all well ensuring they were as clean as possible (even the windows behind the screens). They were here on the property for 4 hours taking care of my home and after I looked at the work, I was seriously impressed. Diligent? Check. Trustworthy? Check. Reliable? Check. Hard-working? Check. Frank gave me options for payment, sent me photos of my solar panels, texted me regularly as I was not home at the time of the cleaning, and I am very happy with the result. I can highly recommend Frank and Tiger Stripe Solar. He busts his butt and does a marvelous job and I will be using his service next year, without a doubt.
