this week I had my first experience with Prairie Sun and Solar. Brendon was very willing to answer my questions when I called into the office. He was very knowledgeable and offered a technician to come to site and confirm our new solar system was properly activated, programmed, and working properly. I was amazed when the Technician called me that same afternoon, and came to site. Trevor( technician) reviewed the entire system, and completed the set up ( which the installing contractor did not do). He got the system connected to our computer system and confirmed proper operation after all of his inputs. Now Im confident all is working, and I can review the system operation from my computer. Thank You Brendon and Trevor. Your service and knowledge was second to none.
Would certainly recommend this company for your solar install. I had a line trenched across the backyard to connect the detached-garage's solar panels to the rest of the system and the install team only disturbed what was absolutely necessary. I was anticipating a giant mud mess but they handled the digging with precision and minimal garden impact! Great communication throughout the process & great tidy work.This is year 3 of my PV system and zero issue. They've always been prompt to answer my questions which I appreciate!!
