I would have given a -5 if that was option. I wouldn't recommend working with this community to my worst enemy. The initial meeting now in hindsight was pile of nothing wrapped in a shiny bow. Will D. is who we met with and signed with and promised the world and delivered nothing. Our systems is now installed on two homes and both have never delivered the power it was promised and one in fact doesn't even work half the time. But because when you sign with Omni Power you are just pawned off to Our World Energy, Will doesn't take a call now, and I have called the main line to speak with someone and never got a call back. I signed with them and in their eyes the system not working is someone else's problem now, they have collected their check. Truly run and find another company.
Colton shared every detail I needed to know to help me make a decision about adding solar to my house. He answered my questions and even honestly admitted when he didn't know the answer. There was only 1 question he had to seek help with from others on the team. I enjoyed his personality and friendliness.
Denise was so easy to work with I had no idea how the solar program worked and she explained in detail the benefits. She seems to truly care about her job and you. Was quick to answer my questions. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.
Had a great experience with Tim. He answered all my questions and gave me time to do the math to show I was getting the best deal. He understands the short and long term advantages of solar and how to get the best out of your investment. He was also available when random unexpected questions came up. The installation team was also amazing. They got my panels up weeks faster than expected and I had no disruption in power during install. The software that monitors your production allows planning use so much better than APS peak/off peak system. Could not be happier.
Explanation, Costs and Installation were explained thoroughly and executed well. Installation included removing and rebuilding a part of an exterior wall (APS rent.) which was coordinated and completed by Ali, our account rep. without added costs to us Follow up after almost 3 years is outstanding. Would recommend!
