Reviews frequently mention clear communication and patient education during the quoting process. Homeowners highlight professional installations and responsive follow-up, including help with monitoring and warranty coordination. Several note systems performing as expected or better and appreciate guidance on incentives and interconnection.

I have not yet decided whether to install solar, but Tony and Sue took a lot of time to provide me with accurate information about my up-front cost and likely savings. They made it clear my roof was not at the best orientation (east-west rather than north-south, in the latter case they put the panels on the south side, in the former they must put them on both sides) for solar.

I did a net present value (NPV) analysis to calculate the rate of return on my investment and it comes up as borderline, lower than most of my investments but higher than some. If my roof orientation was optimum, this project would probably be a yes. If I determine that electricity prices are going to go up substantially, I may still do this. The bottom line is however that this company is very up-front and diligent in explaining the work to prospective customers.

Susie and Tony are a perfect team. Between them they designed, explained, constructed and have maintained the perfect system for me.
I did a lot of research before selecting them, and they have repeatedly proven to be incredibly capable. When a demanding, meticulous, P.I.A.
customer like me is this satisfied, it means something. Solar is not cheap, and if it is, you're doing it wrong. Spend a little more than you thought you might: in this case it is well worth it.

The DellDonna's and Crew installed a 12.06 kW Solar Array on our roof in February 2020. First I can say Tony and Susie are real Professional's. They dotted every (I) and crossed every (T) perfectly and with extra effort covered all of our Solar Array needs. Our solar array is working way above our expectations. We have not paid for electricity since installation. (Except for meter and line usage.) We are 100% Pleased! Don't call anyone else! Sincerely, Derrel and Janel Stalker

Tony and Susie installed a PV array on my house back in 2011. The installation was very professional! They even helped with the rebates!

There was only 1 of 53 panels showing signs of under producing and it was replaced under warranty with no additional expense to me. Tony came out, replaced it, and it's been working great the past 7 years.

I highly recommend them to any homeowner or business looking to offset their electric bills or reduce their carbon footprint.

Tony and Susie DelDonna have been excellent to work with. From the very beginning information gathering all the way through installation and completion they have been great to work with. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their price for solar was the best around. They have been very helpful after completion as well. For some reason my system disconnected from the monitoring system, and Susie very quickly found me the information to get reconnected. I would recommend them to everyone.

Frequently Asked Questions

They design and install solar PV systems for homes and small to midsize commercial properties. A site assessment considers roof structure, orientation, shading, and available electrical capacity. If a roof is not suitable, they can discuss alternatives such as splitting arrays or ground mounts when feasible. Final recommendations are based on production estimates and utility rate conditions.

They review your past electric bills, roof orientation, and expected sun exposure to model production. The proposal outlines equipment, projected annual output, and estimated bill offset. They also explain applicable incentives and interconnection details. You receive time to review numbers and ask questions before deciding.

Yes, they prepare the necessary permit applications and coordinate utility interconnection paperwork. Installations are scheduled after approvals are in place. After commissioning, they assist with monitoring setup so you can track performance. They remain available for questions after the system is live.

They will discuss options such as placing arrays on multiple roof planes to capture available sun. The proposal will reflect realistic production for your orientation and shading. If output would be too limited, they explain alternatives or timing for future roof or site changes. The goal is a transparent plan that matches your roof and expectations.

Project timelines vary with permitting, equipment lead times, and system size. Many residential projects install over a few days once permits and interconnection are approved. The team provides a schedule estimate during the proposal stage. They communicate any updates so you know what to expect.
