We unexpectedly had to get our roof replaced. The team at A&R Solar was extremely cordial and responsive. They were able to work with our schedule and when the time came for the removal and replacement of our solar panels, the techs were on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, didn't leave any mess and were very polite throughout. I've had solar panels and a battery installed by A&R about eight months ago. I went with A&R because a few neighbors had gone with A&R and had only positive things to say. I can now see why.Everything works exactly as described by A&R prior signing the installation contract -- the panels themselves do generate the power I use in a year, and the battery does provide about 12 hours of backup.Everything I can think of about how A&R did was positive -- in terms of:* Explaining to me the various subsidies from PSE (net metering), from WA state (no sales tax), from federal (residential clean energy credit)* Planning (i.e. where do the panels go, where the battery will go)* Execution (i.e. crew left the properly clean and neat after each day, wire conduits were cleanly routed out of sight in the exterior)* Various inspections (all went smoothly)* DocumentationBased on my great experience with A&R, I would definitely recommend A&R to anyone who's looking for solar and\or battery.
