Great experience overall. Sarah, Stacy, Trevis, Antony (great installer), just to name a few. Got 28 400w solar panels with a FranklinWH aGate & aPower2 with generator integration. Antony and his coworker especially spent a lot of time figuring out the generator integration with my Cummins generator.

The one KEY thing in any business is PROFESSIONALISM and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Solar Alternatives has both. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to INVEST in Solar Energy. Solar Energy is an investment and will increase the value of your property. Having the satisfaction knowing you have a BACKUP System for your Home and Property in case of an outage or Emergency far outweighs anything else. You should consider SOLAR ALTERNATIVES for your Solar needs.

I hired Solar Alternatives to install my solar panels and they did a very good job and everything seems to be in order. I also asked them to install a Tesla powerwall as an added investment but they recommended an Enphase Encharge instead which I love. They know their stuff. Great company.

I wanted Solar Panels for the electricity savings. As a first time user of solar panels I didn't know much about Solar Alternatives here in Shreveport. They explained the whole process to me and quoted multiple different arrays and types of panels. They made it easy to understand. I just turned on the panels last week and the powerwall is up and running. Almost excited to see how it works during the next outage.

You can trust Solar Alternatives. They’ve been around a while and it shows. Their experience is what sold us. I was worried about what solar panels would look like on our home, but they designed a system that looks great and helps us save. Five star company!
