I first contacted Marco in early November 2025—right in the middle of the year-end rush when everyone (myself included) was trying to get their tax credit in before the deadline. Despite how hectic that time was, he had my system fully installed and running just over a month later, in early December.Beyond the end result, the overall experience was outstanding. If I texted Marco, his average response time was probably around 15 minutes. He answered all of my questions and genuinely made me feel like I was working with a real person, not a faceless big solar company or door-to-door charlatan.His pricing was about average for the market, but the service was easily 10/10. A couple of days after turning the system on, Marco proactively reached out to let me know my battery was showing an error code. He sent someone out and had it resolved within a few hours. That level of attentiveness and follow-through really sets him apart.

My original solar installer went out of business before monitoring was ever set up. A few months ago my system stopped producing power and my electric bill skyrocketed. After researching online, I decided to call Solar Solutions Company in Simi Valley because of the consistently strong reviews—and they were absolutely accurate.Marco, the owner, answered the phone himself. I explained the issue and he had me send photos of my SolarEdge inverter. He then walked me through a hard reset step by step, explaining that his goal was to save me the cost of a technician visit if the reset worked. He did this even though he was not in the office and was visiting with his grandkids. Unfortunately, the reset did not resolve the problem.Marco then scheduled a visit to inspect the system and told me there would be no charge, even if it turned out to be an easy fix, and that he would also set up monitoring at no cost. He arrived on time, diagnosed a failed inverter, identified the relevant error codes, confirmed the unit was still under warranty, and offered to deal directly with SolarEdge since they only communicate with installers. When I asked about his fee, he again said there was none.He texted me the next day with the warranty replacement number for the inverter and kept me updated while SolarEdge took more than a month to ship the replacement. He checked in periodically, notified me when it shipped, and walked me through monitoring options so I could decide what made sense.When Marco came out to install the replacement inverter, he discovered SolarEdge had sent a newer version. He was completely honest and explained that he was not currently equipped to install that model. Rather than forcing a solution, he referred me to a trusted independent contractor who could handle the installation. A couple of weeks later, the inverter was installed and everything was working.Throughout this entire process—from diagnosis to warranty coordination to follow-up—Marco did not charge me a single dollar. I have never experienced anything like this level of honesty, integrity, and customer service. Truly exceptional.
