Go Solar was and is very on top of it when it comes to selling solar panels. They installed mine a couple of years ago and for the last two months I've been trying to get anyone on the phone to talk about coming to my house to make sure they're working properly. I don't normally do this but nobody will call me back. I've gotten text messages from Daoud who for some reason wants to sell me solar panels, when I told him I was looking for service on the panels I already bought from Go Solar, he did not respond. I also received a text giving another company's phone number who is their service provider but they don't return phone calls either. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I feel very ripped off.

We had a solar electric system installed at our house ~ 6 months ago by Go Solar Group. Now that we’ve been using the system for a while, we are SO glad to have it. Go Solar did an excellent job explaining our options and how the process works. The install went smoothly, the installers and electrician were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Customer service has been fantastic, and the rebate and tax credit were exactly as promised. Highly recommend switching to solar, and specifically having it done by the experts at Go Solar Group!

Thanks, Great Job, It took a little longer to turn on then the last time I had solar put on another house. That is okay. Different state different rules. In a way I wish I had 1 or 2 more panels installed to gain a little more power during the winter time. The last house received more sunshine and did not have as many electrical devices has this house has. Overall I am very happy with the job and the solar system has been producing more power then needed in the last month or so. Thanks again.

No call no show for the initial appointment. I reached out to the salesman via text 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, not the other way around. A simple call from him to reschedule would have been fine. He did offer to reschedule during the text conversation, but I declined. The final assessment was offered by email per my request.
Received a follow-up call from the VP over sales the following day. We both left messages.

Austin Workman is great to work with! Clear on presenting the options and helping us arrive at a decision that made sense for our needs. Would highly recommend him and this company. We had been considering solar for years and decided to move forward after meeting with Austin for a consult.
