Both my dad and I wanted to get solar installed on our garages. We didn't know a lot about the process but we attempted to contact several outfits for quotes. Josh, owner of VGS Solar in Spokane, was the only one who actually returned our call the same day. We were not contacted by anyone else until two weeks later, and then only by email. We decided to just go with Josh, since we didn't feel anyone who took so long just to talk to us about installing solar had our best interests at heart.Was kind of nervous about getting Solar installed but working with VGS Solar was everything one could hope for from a contractor. He answered all my questions and, if he didn't immediately know the answer, he didn't manufacture one on the spot. He went and found it and got back to me promptly. Most of all, he seemed genuinely interested in making my project the best experience it could be. And it was fast. It wasn't a long, drawn out process. Signed the contract on October 7th and it was installed on the 17th!Perhaps as important, the installers of the system were exactly the same way. Courteous, friendly and able to answer all of my questions and making it the best experience it could be.I would recommend Joshua and VGS Solar to anyone without a second thought.
