I needed a replacement Inverter for my solar system. Mine had died after 8 yrs. Derek and Ashley were wonderful. They visited with me, answered my questions, recommended a quality replacement, emailed me the bid in a timely manner, and when I accepted they immediately ordered the Inverter and had it installed within a few days after they received it. They kept me updated on my status and my solar system is up and running! I would highly recommend Solar Energy Services whatever your solar needs might be in the future.
I can't speak highly enough about Derek and his crew! They showed up to work when they said they would, and it was evident that they knew what they needed to do and did it with outstanding attention to detail. I just retired from the military and this ethic was awesome to experience first hand.I would not hesitate to have them work on anyone's solar project that are close to me as I know they would be happy with the experience.I waited 3 months to write this review as I wanted to see the performance, and the real results when I started to receive my utility bills. I am currently receiving a credit of around $55.00/mo based on the last 2 billing cycles.
Derek and his team at Solar Energy Services installed a large solar ground system at our home. We have been so impressed with them from start to finish. Derek is detailed, accurate, timely, and responsive. Our project was finished on time and was exactly as promised for a fair price. Clean up was prompt and his team is personable and professional. In addition, Derek has been available for questions and troubleshooting after the system was completed. He assisted promptly when a lightning strike damaged an inverter and got us up and running immediately. We couldn't be more pleased and recommend him highly- we won't use anyone else for our solar needs in the future.
