Installation was not flawless but it's a complicated process, I'm willing to overlook a few missteps. However, the salesman was deceptive in saying that my rates would not increase after the contract was signed...this is not true. Further, the system has dramatically underproduced what was promised, and I've still had triple-digit bills in the winter. I would add that they are mostly unresponsive to questions once the system is signed for. I would suggest looking elsewhere, like a local company, if you want to go solar.
The entire process for our Blue Sky Solar system could not have been easier! My wife found Blue Sky online, and just suggested I inquire. Their response was immediate, factual, no nonsense, easily comparable, and patient with all of my questions. Scheduling the installation was a breeze, and they dovetailed into our schedule as if we were their only customer! Their installation team was wonderful and addressed all of my little inquiries and concerns. WB
BlueSky Solar did a great job in installing my solar panels, even though there were a few delays in the beginning. After signing up with the original salesman for solar panels, there was a wait, little communication and some confusion. The reason for this was because the salesman stopped working for the company and the accounts that he had were "lost" for a while. Another sales rep finally got ahold of me and proceeded with the process. She made everything right and I was satisfied. The installers were friendly, on-time, fast and knowledgeable. Overall, the experience was great, I love my solar panels and I even recommended a friend. Thank you Blue Sky Solar!
The Team and Blue Sky Solar from start to finish was great. Trent came out to inspect the home and provide an estimate of solar production and viability. His energy and passion for Solar really shines through and helps eliminate any unease you may have.Second steps were having the solar installers out who work with Blue Sky, those guys were friendly and passionate about solar also. Respectful of my space and time and really showed the quality of people they were.During the permitting / design / project prep work the office team did a great job at keeping me informed of the steps and what is coming, along with processing all the paperwork as quickly as they could. I expected the time from start to finish to take significantly longer, we were able to schedule the install before the end of the year to gain the max benefit of the federal rebates!During install the same installers from the inspection came out to do the work, and they did a great job, solar went online 1/8 after all inspections passed.I would absolutely recommend Blue Sky Solar for taking care of your solar needs!
We had a great experience with BlueSky solar. We spent a year looking for a company to install solar and ended up choosing them. Their salesperson was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, completely no-pressure.We chose to go with a slightly larger than average system due to high energy use. The prices were reasonable and we received a discount on our system since they weren't guaranteeing install by the end of the year. We were very happy that everything was finished before the end of the year.The project managers were very quick to respond to questions and even though we had a couple frustrating scheduling snafu's the system was completely installed within a couple of days and the staff fixed any issues right away. The install crew was clean-cut, professional and worked hard through some awful wind and rain to get the system put in.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for solar.
