Joel was responsive and better than fair when it came to pricing.Knowing what I wanted and how it needed to be cleaned, Joel explained the process and immediately I know that Joel was going to get my business from using filtered water to non-abrasive brushes. So much so, that I hired him to install the mesh screen around the panels to prevent wildlife from damaging the house and panels.Joel does an excellent job that I have referred him to several others and have been told they are pleased with the work performed. Best part is that Joel is trustworthy and doesn’t need anyone home. I have an agreement to come out every couple months and he serves around your schedule that works.As most reviews are negative, this I am pleased to give the highest rating possible. Really happy I went with Joel. Hadn't cleaned my panels in about 3-4 years and was looking around to get them cleaned.Joel came by, explained what he was going to do, and provides photos post cleaning.
