Surrey Solar ltd

Truly one of the most exceptional companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the very first conversation to the final installation, the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The team’s professionalism, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for renewable energy were immediately clear, and they went above and beyond at every stage to ensure everything was perfect. They explained the process with incredible clarity, handled every detail seamlessly, and completed the installation with remarkable efficiency and precision. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely superb, and the system has been performing flawlessly — already making a noticeable difference to my energy costs. What really sets this company apart, however, is their outstanding customer care: friendly, responsive, and completely committed to delivering the very best for their customers. It’s rare to encounter a business that operates with such integrity, pride, and excellence. I would recommend them without hesitation to absolutely anyone considering solar — a truly world-class company in every sense.

Very friendly and knowledgeable company with superb customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I had 15 panels installed on flat and sloping roofs which were fitted quickly and to a high standard. Gary helped with the apps and tariffs associated with solar so the whole process was clear and understandable.

I received a call from a company who claimed to have done a solar inverter check on my system a few years ago. I was sceptical but agreed to a check. They advised that the voltage reading was way too high and therefore a fire risk. I decided to contact my electrician who recommended Gary at Surrey Solar Ltd. Gary came and explained in detain everything he would do. He sent videos and even gave me a discount for arriving late for the appointment! He found no fault with the system so saved me from a scam company. I would thoroughly recommend Surrey Solar Ltd.

Gary was excellent after roofers disconnected and incorrectly reconnected my elderly dad's solar panels, causing them to burn out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, undid previous bad work by another company and, after finding the problem worse than originally thought, cleared space in his diary and did additional work at cost. He kept me well informed throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Gary, Harrison and Ben did an outstanding professional job on our solar panel installation. They were efficient, knowledgeable and kept us informed at every stage. Gary also made sure that we were getting the best from our solar panels too. I cannot recommend this company enough.
