Infinity Solars installation was completed on schedule and in a professional manner! The Electricians arrived first and went right to work. The roof team arrived about a half hour later and they went straight up on the roof. The electricians were complete at around 2 pm and the roof team took another half day to complete their work. Everyone was polite and took great care around our home. Everything was clean and looked great when the departed the property .
Our panels were installed in October and were made active in November of 2023. The installers did a good job and left our yard in great condition. We found only a few stray parts! We did have a problem right after installation with two of the panels not working. An installer came out and with the help of the office got them working. We’ve had no problems since then! Just had them cleaned this week. The installer was great and customer service has been great. I recommend Infinity Solar!
Infinity installed our solar panels a little over two years ago and they have been working great. The personal we have talked with and met were very helpful throughout the whole process, from sales, service and installation to assisting with the inspections. Our power bill is almost non existent. We are on a net metering program with our power company and we accrue enough credits through the year to offset our bill except for two months during the winter. At the time of installation, our budget didn’t allow us to purchase a battery storage system. Overall, we are very pleased to have taken the step to install solar. Thank you Danny (our salesman) and Infinity.
I had a great experience with Infinity. The install was quick with minimal hiccups. It really does look good too! Any questions or issues were dealt with in a kind and professional manner. I am also enjoying not paying for electricity!!! My system was up and running in May, it is now January and I am operating on my own power and the credits I built up over the summer.
Install was done in one day. The panel and electrical installation crew were great. Got the app working with the help of Ben Lopez. That's where I noticed 5 of the 20 panels were not registering. With Ben L's help, I opened up the panel and noted one of the circuit breakers was off. Turning it on got those 5 back on.All good so far. I await electrical bill this winter to see if there is a difference.
