Blue Raven salespersons are worst! I was really considering them and so gave my number to schedule a call. Later the salesperson called during my family dinner time and I requested them to call me next they. But he continuously pressed me to talk and wanted to connect with the Blue Raven representative. I was requesting again and again it is not a right time for me and I was bound to hung up on his face. Since then my phone is bombarding with scam calls 8-12 a day!! This is ridiculous how unprofessional and under trained their sales persons out in the feild are. This event led me to not consider Blue Raven ever again.

From the very beginning to the end process of turning the system on, Blue Raven Solar has been great! They have set up all the appointments and kept us in the loop. Luke, in sales, is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. We needed a new circuit breaker box so Trey, an excellent electrician who works with Blue Raven, installed and rewired the system and added what we needed for a safe, working system. Shawn (Sean?) called us to let us know what was happening and who would be coming out, rearranging appointments if necessary. Always keeping in touch. Nelson, Elli and Isaiah(sp?) installed the solar panels and hooked it all up the new components we needed. They were all so efficient and gave us information about the new panels and hook ups. The inspector, Shane, just came out and said everything looks great. He also gave more information about the new switches. Now we are just waiting for the utility company to turn it on.We could not have been more happy about the whole process! Seamless communication and setup. Kudos to Blue Raven Solar! I highly recommend them!
Quick and painless, no money up front. The work was done in couple hours. Work inspected by fire Marshall and electrican. Can’t wait to watch the savings as I monitor on my phone! Avista buys back my extra and Blue Raven pays my electric bill for 18 mos!
The Blue Raven Solar team did a fabulous job from initial phone call to installation of my Solar Panels. Cameron has been a main point of contact for me since the beginning he made himself available via text and answered all my questions in a timely manner.I began this process on Jan 30, 2025 within 3 weeks, I had the Blue Raven team perform a site survey, pull permits, get me on the schedule and install my panels!Blue Raven maintained contact with me throughout the process. The Bleue Raven Solar Spokane Crew 1 installers Manny, Caleb, Josh, and Mike) showed up on time and performed their work professionally. They wore booties or took of their shoes when entering my home, were respectful of my pets, and at the end of the day they cleaned up before they departed. This crew did a great job! At the end when they connected the system to my home Wi-Fi Caleb walked me through the app and the panel. I look forward to maximizing my new solar panels!
