Customer feedback frequently highlights clear explanations during the sales and design phase and responsive communication by certain team members. Many reviews mention smooth installations and strong energy bill reductions after activation. A smaller set of reviews notes delays tied to permitting and scheduling, as well as occasional lapses in status updates. Overall sentiment trends positive with appreciation for professionalism and follow-through.

Alex Hebel is the best. There was no more selling pressure at all, and he explained everything to me from start to finish with multiple phone calls in one day. He is also very quick to respond to text and email. That is very important in this day and age. The installation hasn't happened but I am sure I made the correct choice.

No major issues with this company. They were very nice and helpful and quick. I think it was a little over priced after getting some quotes from other companies. Only issues I had was some communication issues with where we were at in the process, working around my schedule, some permitting paperwork mistakes with the county and electric company that took them a very long time to correct. Started the process early September, installed late October, permission to turn on the system middle January. Probably could have turned the system on alot sooner if the company double checked their paperwork before sending it in and not taking weeks to correct it before sending it in again. Overall I'm happy with it. I would do business again with them. The guys installing the system were pretty redneck dudes but they did a good professional install.

From A to Z, nothing could have been better with our whole experience with Florida Electric and Solar. Plus, got my first Duke Energy bill and it was only $35.60 which is the monthly administration fee. Top class company and I highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of responsiveness in regards to our installation. They didn’t hesitate to answer calls when it came to selling us the system:doing site inspection after which we paid 2/3 of the total cost, but scheduling the installation has been a nightmare.i can only imagine what it’s found to be like to schedule a repair when something bad happens.

I had the privilege of being able to talk with the owner during the sales process. This isn't typical - but it was highly valued and appreciated by me. David is a trust-worthy straight shooter who exudes confidence and competence. Overall, I couldn't have had a better experience with FES. I have a brand new standing seam metal roof. It was important to me to confirm the design and layout before installation began. Coby and his install team were fantastic throughout. We discussed placement and design of all the individual solar arrays before work began. Coby confirmed how and where each array would be connected with conduit. He asked for my personal preferences multiple times instead of just making a decision - including how the conduit pipe should be run from the meter to the first array and even totally eliminated an additional array by simplifying the design and grouping panels more efficiently. All the conduit connections were painted to exactly match my roof. The finished product and overall look is sleek, modern and professional. I consider my attention to detail to be pretty high - and I can't find or see anything that looks un-level, not uniform, off-center or un-professional. Can't wait for the final inspection so I can fire it up! Bravo FES all-around! PS - If you happen to have Coby on your roof installing your system in a 100 degree+ heat index, make the guy a smoothie! :)
