I had a great experience with unicity! Juan Ruiz my sales rep came to my house and was AMAZING in explaining every single detail and benefit of installing solar panels with Unicity thanks to him I was totally confident in going ahead and going solar! The time from contract signing to install was a couple weeks and a month to fully active! Thanks Unicity! And thanks Juan Ruiz!!!

We had a simple small leak in one of our panels that was installed 5yrs ago. We called for warranty service and was immediately handled perfectly and was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was. RYAN was our service person and went 200% beyond ????? ng the problem area. I could not be more satisfied and very happy we chose Unicity. So happy to see a company honor their warranty so simply.

Ryan came out (ahead of schedule!) to investigate a microinverter that was not reporting. He was polite, thorough, and had the issue fixed inside an hour. While here he also updated firmware so we are back to 100% working with all the latest updates :-)
Great service and a nice guy.
Highly recommend Unicity !
