Transform Power were incredible to work with throughout the entire process. They did a great job estimating the size of the system—not too large, but large enough to eliminate my energy bill. Other companies told me their quoted system size was excessive, but I end up using almost all of the energy my system generates each day.

The best part is that they handle all of the installation themselves. I personally know someone who had a nightmare experience getting solar installed—even though the company they chose was nice and competitively priced—because the contractor they used installed everything incorrectly. That isn’t the case with Transform Power, as they do all the work in-house. When they come out to quote your system, they’re already on your roof planning the layout, so there are no surprises during installation. That level of ownership provides peace of mind you really can’t get from most other companies.

They also completed a main panel upgrade on my house, which was long overdue, and did an excellent job with it for only a small additional cost beyond the solar installation. They spent several days making sure everything was done correctly, especially since the original panel was extremely outdated.

I was on a very tight timeline, and they were upfront about it, promised to do their best, and actually followed through by optimizing the schedule and keeping everything moving.

They were never pushy, and they took the time to address all my questions and concerns with professionalism and patience, which I really appreciated. They also made sure the project was completed so I qualified for the ITC tax credit, which was extremely important to me.

The installation itself was clean and well done, and when a small alignment issue came up with one panel, they addressed it promptly without any hassle. Communication remained solid even after install, which says a lot.
