Been at this place waiting to get unloaded for over 2hrs for only 2 pallets !! Nice smiles !! Horrible communication & bad customer service as far as unloading me .
Took long time to unload. If you are coming for delivery and Pickup there are three buildings for shipping and receiving but the office is only in one building i attached the screenshot for reference and that is shipping and receiving office you have to go their first and then they will assign you the building for loading unloading
Picking up, they don't care about your time, be aware when you are at the shipping office, waiting a huge time to an assignee a door, other driver who know how they work, back-in at the first available and go for check in later.
