I had an issue with either the Compool Solar Control system box or the water flow valve. I phoned Goldwater, did my best to explain my issue and the person answering the phone suggested a check that I could make. Sure enough, an on/off switch had been accidentally put into the "off" position. When I changed that my solar heater was working. No visit necessary - just good guidance over the phone. Recommended.2nd reviewI had another problem with a significant water overflow on the roof. I called Goldwater again. The crew they sent the very next morning were great. They found the problem (an issue with a pipe connection) and quickly fixed it. There was a real professionalism in the entire process: the timeliness of the response, the repair, and the explanation they provided when everything was done. Recommended even more now.
