The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering solar.3 months after install: The battery is constantly disconnected. Can't customize the app, it is confusing and I am locked out of changing settings. We are not yet seeing savings from Time-Of-Use peak shaving because the battery is not supplying the house with power in the disconnected state. Instead the only savings we are seeing is during mid-day TOU when the solar is actively getting sun and supplying it to the house. I will update this review again if/when the situation is corrected.4 Months After Install: Much happier again. The team has seemed to solve the issue and it has been issue free for a week. More than that, had a great call with a rep and learned a really key detail that the app is constantly being updated based on user feedback and even experienced a rapid update myself based on a ticket - an update within just a few days to add/fix a setting. I expect there may be a few blips here and there as they add more features but knowing we can send in user feedback with such quick action I imagine things will be very smooth sailing going forward and that the app will continue to improve over time. I am again happy with our purchase and looking forward to seeing the app continue to evolve! :)
I recently had an issue with my ECU on my Solar system. It wasn't displaying data for over a week during Christmas. I waited until early in this new year to call support.Support was very helpful and had my system back on line and showing data.Very polite, knowledgeable and follow up after resolve.Very happy with this company.Highly recommend.

My solar panels went live and I am very happy with Polaron. They did a great job installing the solar panels, inverter and battery. The Pion Power app shows all the important information about the solar panels, battery and grid. I highly recommend Polaron.
Great explanation of the solar panel benefits and costs, including return on investment, and BC Hydro rebate. It took some time and patience for the engineering, and permitting process. Installation team were quick, tidy and efficient. S-Enduser App set up easy, for data transfer. Didn't appear to be recording production for several days after set up. Post installation follow up by Nathaniel L, and within hours contacted by James E, and hey presto the Data Transfer Unit was working. Thank you Polaron Team.
