Net Zero Solar was the only business that was willing to pick up the pieces from a solar expansion project that failed mid-installation when our original solar provider went bankrupt. We’ve used Net Zero for two different house installations now. The first in 2012, and most recently for both solar and storage systems for a new custom house in 2025. Our experience has been absolutely wonderful in each case. The team is always available, there to answer the phone with any questions. Chad Waits came for the initial review of the house, for different milestones during the installation and for the final overview after the installation was completed. He demonstrated how to use the storage system and suggested the best settings to use to most effectively economize on our electricity bills. The technicians were always on time for appointments. In our case, the installation required working with a builder who was less than committed to solar and an electrician for the main house who would help coordinate the electrical needs. It wasn’t easy! Chad was always professional, and got the job done.I have no hesitation to recommend NetZero for any solar or storage needs. I would give the highest rating possible.
Net Zero is absolutely a top notch company. We had a 10kW system installed at our new home. From early planning through installation, Chad and the rest of the team were superbly skilled, professional, friendly, and easy to work with.We received a detailed, accurate proposal with an accurate timeline and every cost explained. We had our system installed while our new home was being built, which required flexibility and cooperation with our home builder.The final product is amazing. The equipment they installed, along with the monitoring software, is fantastic. We discovered a minor software glitch after installation, and Net Zero was able to diagnose the problem and get the update done very rapidly. Moreover, every time I have had a question, I can actually get a real person on the phone.Having a solar system installed is a big project.
