I had Eastex Solar install solar panels and power to my detached garage. The technicians were professional and completed the project on time.
Reece and Xochytl did a great job explaining the process of permitting to be done in a historic district zone.
Highly recommend

Working with this team was an outstanding experience. From the beginning, they collaborated closely with us to design a plan tailored perfectly to our needs. They handled every detail and managed all the paperwork required to coordinate with our electric co-op, making the entire process effortless.
The turn-key system they provided was expertly fine-tuned, striking a balance between our goal of self-sufficiency and our desire to sell energy back to the co-op to reduce our carbon footprint. Throughout the project, their friendliness and professionalism made them a joy to work with. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a seamless, environmentally conscious solution.

Donna McCann on EasTex Solar

We recently had a residential solar system installed by Eastex Solar consisting of 12.5 kW of solar panels, a 13kW power inverter/manager, and 32 kWh of LiFePO4 batteries. The Eastex team designed a system to meet my goals and provided a detailed design package for my approval, answering questions along the way to make sure I was getting everything I wanted.
The system was installed by their dedicated crew in four days, at the end of which I was powered up and making electricity. The ability to sell excess power back to the grid followed a few days later after my electricity provider approved the installation.
My two goals were to minimize our usage of grid power year around and to provide a robust backup for when the grid goes down, which doesn't happen frequently but is still inevitable in our semi-rural heavily wooded part of East Texas.
The system has worked splendidly so far, and I've been optimizing our electricity usage schedule to take advantage of peak production as well as experimenting with strategies for using the batteries to minimize the need for grid power day and night. I've been pleasantly surprised by how much power we produce even on cloudy days.
Based on our experience so far, I am confident our natural gas heated house will require very little grid power all winter, and on sunny days we don't require much grid power even when running our air conditioning.
I highly recommend Eastex Solar to anyone considering a solar installation. Their components, electrical materials, and installation team are all first class. We had three other proposals to consider before choosing Eastex, and nobody else came close to meeting my system goals for a good price.

Eastex Solar did A great job on our solar system. Great family run operation right here in East Texas. They arrived when scheduled, designed a great system that helped me combine two of my meters and finished the job on time. I would highly recommend them for your solar project.

Karen Peer on EasTex Solar

We live in Anna.
My wife and I have searched for two years for a quality solar system that wouldn’t break the bank. After Grayson-Collin raised their rates we spoke to ten companies. Many were coming back with outrageous rates, as high as $160,000! My daughter and her husband used Eastex Solar two years ago for their house in Anna Town Square and loved the service and the results. A few months ago my daughter had an electric bill and Eastex came out and did an evaluation. They determined they needed an extra panel and took care of it at no additional cost. After this, Eastex Solar is the company we went with. They were very professional and helpful, and half the cost of other solar companies. They have been very responsive and engaged even after installation. We got our first electric bill and it was only taxes and fees. We would highly recommend Eastex Solar.
