I’m very happy with the service I received for my solar panel cleaning. The team was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job making my panels look clean and efficient again. I was also having problems with pigeons around the panels, and they completely fixed the issue. Everything was done quickly and professionally, and the results were excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing solar panel cleaning or pigeon proofing services.
Updated review:A few weeks into this journey, things have evolved in the right direction. It turns out that one individual at Citadel was the root cause of 90% of the issues. That person is gone and quickly things started to become normal. I have received calls from a new sales advisor who has done an amazing job to get things back on track. My system is now fully installed and operational. I still had to make a few phone calls to speed things up (area of improvement at Citadel) but once the right people are engaged they are following up. Their installers are top notch and provide you with very useful additional information. They are extremely pro and knowledgeable. More importantly Citadel reach out via email and phone to hear my case. I respect companies/contractors who do that. It means they care about improving as nobody is perfect. I am adjusting my feedback to reflect my recent experiences with Citadel which has been great.Original Review:Do not do business with this company! I just purchased a home with solar system sold with the house. The solar system was supposed to be installed by Citadel in all the house in my community. Mine was not fully commissioned or installed while the house was finished building at least a one or two ago. The sales rep assigned (Bryce) to my community has been the most unprofessional person I can think of. He doesn't respond to emails, text or rarely phone calls. The day I was supposed to activate my system (by phone BTW), I flagged to my reps that plastic bags of accessories were sitting inside a converter box next to high voltage cable. Since then I don't have any information to let me know when someone will come to finish installation. No one return my phone calls nor those of the builder maintenance team. I paid for a solar system that is not even connected. Extremely unprofessional and my reps doesn't seem to care.

I had the opportunity to work with Tyler Jones on my residential solar that was having power generation issues. Tyler was very professional and customer friendly. Tyler took the time to answer my questions as well as educate me on what his findings were. I have had other techs come to inspect my solar and by far Tyler’s service experience was exceptional.
Citadel installed my solar and Powerwall system several years ago, and this week they came out to replace my Powerwalls because they had been recalled. Crispin called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and what work would be involved. He was exceptionally polite and communicative. Due to the complexity of the project, it couldn't be finished in one day, so he came back out the very next day to finish everything and he did a great job. I've been very satisfied with Citadel's service and Crispin's professionalism.
