I had retained Rikur Energy who partnered with Copper Mountain for my grid tie solar panel install. Both companies were professional, respectful and focus to have the job done in two days. They didn't get in each others way, no loud music, both companies knew what they were doing. Kaleb was very informative answering any questions i had. Quick with estimate and final quote. Once the permits were issued scheduled to do the work was super fast. Brandon and his crew were great! Every one work together as a cohesive team.
Rikur Energy estimated, quoted and installed our solar array system in May 2022. The 33 solar panels, Enphase micro-inverter system and BC Hydro net-metering connection installed and arranged by Rikur have all worked flawlessly. I was happy with their knowledge, service and professionalism at all stages of the process to add solar to our 35 year old home. ?? A year later, I am MORE than happy with the impact the Rikur solar array has made on our energy consumption, our BC Hydro energy costs, and the reduction in our contribution to greenhouse gas reduction the Rikur system is achieving. ?? We now heat/cool our house with a heat pump and we are driving our EV on sunshine! ??In short Rikur was a great company to do business with and has great people to support their clients.
Rikur Energy was very thorough, from the proposal and site evaluation, through to ordering, install, and monitoring. All staff were professional, friendly and helpful, and we were very happy with the results and function of the system. The company assessed in the interface and applications with the power utility company, and helped set up all accounts on our behalf, including the charger station. All products used are high quality, from local and credible manufacturers, and backed by proper warranties and support. We are definitely interested in using them on our next project, and would highly recommend to others.
A neighbour on Bowen recommended reaching out to Kol at Rikur when we were pricing and looking into solar solutions for our new cabin.
