The service from Pro Stat was exceptional. Their quote was significantly more reasonable than others. They explained the entire process in detail, answered my many questions, and the install crew was courteous and respectful. They even replaced the cement roof tiles they had to remove. Great experience overall.
For some time now, my wife and I have been thinking about installing solar panels. There were many companies we looked at and decided on selecting Pacific NW Solar. They were very thorough informing and educating us about joining the solar community. We of course were influenced with the state and federal incentives. We had 35 Panasonic panels with Enphase inverters installed. The process was started in late January with sale consultations, changes on our part, and planning the project around installing a new roof prior to installation in March. The project also contended with Covid 19 social distancing. The panels were installed April 15 and completed the next day. The crew were spectacular and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I whole heartedly would recommend PNW Solar.
Installation was awesome, the crew knew what they were doing and they respected the house and the property. I was able to get a lot more then just solar panels and I’m really happy with that. The staff were knowledgeable and the foreman really knew his stuff. I appreciated them working with me on my preferences and what i wanted. Love the look of my roof, I would say the quality of the product and service is way better then my last installation with SolarCity.
