I wish I could put 6/5 stars. I met with several other competitors before picking PureSolar. Kol has been amazing to deal with. A straight shooter, who does a good job with installation and assisting with the whole process. We went with a whole home backup system and it’s literally the most amazing thing ever. How long does a residential solar installation take?

Most residential installations take one to three days on the roof. Permitting, inspection and the BC Hydro connection add time around the installation.

Can a standard grid-tied solar system provide backup during an outage?

No. A standard grid-tied system shuts off when the grid drops. Backup requires a hybrid system with a transfer switch and battery.

What roof pitch will Pure Solar install on?

It does not install on anything steeper than a 12-by-12 pitch.
