We had an outstanding experience with our solar and battery system installation by Sukh and his crew at Ready Solar. The whole crew were enthusiastic, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented from start to finish.Sukh, the owner, was fantastic - always aiming to please, and very detail-oriented. He promised not to exceed the quote and delivered, coming in below what we expected. He did all the paper work for the Hydro rebates which made for a stressless experience.Luke, the sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions with honest and clear information.The electrical crew were amazing – Christian was so upbeat and friendly, making sure we were happy throughout the install. Mani was incredible, always available to help, even after hours with answering my questions about the App. Their apprentices Rav and Armand were great too.Christopher, the solar panel installer with his partner Edu were super professional and took the time to clearly explain how the panels would be installed, which gave us a lot of confidence. The final install was so clean compared to other jobs we have seen around our neighbourhood.Overall, an exceptional experience. Professional, transparent, and customer-focused from start to finish. I will be recommending them to family and friends and already have to one of my neighbours!
We recently had solar panels installed by ReadySolar and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Sukh was incredibly responsive and kept us updated with great communication throughout the entire project. Once I decided to explore solar I did a bunch of research and actually contacted 6 places! Sukh was the only person that came to the house right away to answer questions, talk through opportunities and constraints – and super importantly, look at the actual house and site. No other company did that and in fact, so many are not local and just contract out the work. As such, the ‘quotes’ that they gave me were only based on Google Maps photos and frankly, would not have even worked from an installation perspective due to vents and skylights on the roofs. Since Ready Solar works with so many different equipment manufacturers, there is a lot of flexibility in terms of panels, inverters, etc. to tailor the system to best suit your specific needs.Pricing was very, very competitive and all inclusive. No ‘extra’ fees for ‘add-ons’ and nice to haves – it was just part of it. The installation as compared to others is high quality (I would say the best I’ve seen through the research I’ve done). Sukh also has many contacts so having energy audits completed, roof rehab done prior to the solar install – everything was supported, including applications for rebates. I’m super curious and like to learn more and Sukh would also share articles and sites so that I could learn more about the technology and how everything works, beyond just saving money on electricity.Every crew member that came were also super polite, communicative and all around great people. They take pride in what they do and it shows.If you look at other company websites and just compare the installation photos – you can see right away there is a difference in the end product that Ready Solar installs at your home. We had a great experience with Ready Solar. Sukh and his team were extremely professional and hard working.With the extreme weather changes we have been experiencing, we needed a whole home back up system. We looked in a natural gas generator versus a battery back up with solar. The overall cost of the battery back up did not end up being as high as we expected, especially given the BC Hydro rebates, and the Greener Home Loan program.Sukh helped with the application process and walking us through the steps required for approval. His quote was thorough and very competitively priced since it included the battery and solar together. The workmanship from other projects was excellent and so we decided to go ahead with Ready Solar.Sukh went above and beyond with his enthusiasm and knowledge to make us feel at ease with the installation process. His team also worked with us to install the battery and inverter in a tight corner of the garage so we could maximize the existing space.The follow up after the installation has also been very supportive and thorough, and he has followed up to ensure everything is running smoothly. We had some adjustments that needed to be made and he has been responsive.I would highly recommend Ready Solar.
