I bought a solar system in New Brunswick. 1. The franchise guy for NB/PEI never gave me any paperwork/invoice. I asked several times for a proper invoice - that guy gives a "***"...That's one issue.2. It took a long time to get the system installed.3. I called BC and talked to Daniel twice. He promised to call me back. Nothing....4. The receiver for the app showing if the panels work etc. doesn't work properly anymore, because I can't connect it with the new internet provider. Asked for help - nothing.Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company / franchise person for PEI/NB. You get lied to and abandoned. I told that person in BC I'd like to purchase more panels for an off grid solution, but since I get treated like garbage, I'll take my business elsewhere. Thank you for the mistreatment - saves me a lot of headaches ??
We had such a good experience with stardust , from Daniel Larson getting us started and answered every question we had , Soroush Chehrehgoaha the project manager and Pevco electrical ,Rob Clement and his team were very perfection and explained everything they were doing we didn’t have a worry , they were very efficient neat and tidy and very quick . We had a bad experience with another company that made us so frustrated we were not going to get the panels but talking to Daniel he turned it all around and with his team we were quite confident.
