I could not be more pleased with NetZero. They installed my solar panels two years ago and did impeccable work. I was particularly impressed with their communication skills. I wouldn't say that our installation was "smooth sailing" however the guys at NetZero were very accommodating and did everything they could to smooth out the process. In the end we are very happy and would recommend them. We had an issue arise 2 months after completion. Jason was quick to offer help and it was much appreciated.
I highly recommend NetZero Solar to do your solar project. They were very detail orientated and attended to all our questions and concerns prior to install and were quick to amend the install when we discovered the garage roof was better solar option then our house roof. This install was not without problems, 1 solar panel was faulty and was replaced quickly when it was discovered. Overall the experience has been very informative and positive. Our installer was Kyrle Symons and he was very detail orientated and provided updates as the job progressed keeping us informed on the status. I am very happy customer and have had a negative electricity bill for the last 2 months.
