José is an absolute lifesaver! I am sincerely grateful for his expertise and kindness. I have an off grid EG4 system in northern California. The system went down with alarm lights on all the batteries. I attempted all the typical reset steps, but the batteries were still not responding. I called over a dozen solar companies in my general area, but none knew how to resolve it.

Then I found Off Grid Solar Solutions on Google and gave them a call late on a Friday afternoon... knowing that they were hundreds of miles away. José picked up my call, patiently and empathetically asked questions about the situation, and then offered to help troubleshoot over the phone.

I sent him photos of the set up. He spotted the issue right away, circled it on the photo, and sent it back. Then he clearly explained what had likely happened, and provided step-by-step instructions to get the system back on. As I went through each step, I sent him updates. He responded with calm reassurance and continued to answer all my (dumb) questions.

Thanks to José's guidance, not only is my system back up and running smoothly, I feel more confident and knowledgeable about it, which is priceless when living in a rural off grid home.

I highly recommend José. He willingly shared his expertise, methodically troubleshooting and solving an urgent issue for a total stranger over the phone hundreds of miles away. That kind of goodwill is rare, and José has it in spades.

After receiving around 15 estimates, I chose his proposal because of his clear presentation and understanding of the challenges we faced with Riverside County regulations, as well as the cost of this significant project.

Jose was flexible with changes, and his crew was not only really nice but also worked incredibly hard on this project. The installation process went smoothly, and we received our permit and passed the final inspection without any issues.
