We pulled out before we even started. We at least know what we are dealing with with RI Energy. This is my re write to my initial review. I was initially contacted by a representative from Momentum a few months ago. I told him I was neither interested, nor in the market for solar at that time. Since then I have been constantly pestered by them and have had to block at least 15 different numbers from them. Not the kind of company I would ever consider if and when I wanted to look into solar for my home. Obviously they don't listen and just push for a sale. Please stop calling me!!!

The future is now! Dasha, my solar representative, made it easy and seamless to start saving money and bring my historic home into the 21st century! After signing with Momentum, they handled all the heavy lifting. This was great because I had previously tried to "go solar" with another company, but I had to handle all the permitting (including historical society approval) on my own. I had pretty much given up because after that experience I didn't believe it would be possible to get the necessary historical approval to complete the project, but Dasha told me that Momentum would handle all aspects of the permitting process. I still didn't think they could get it approved, but I decided to give them a shot--needless to say I was quite surprised when they not only got the project approved, but very quickly as well! If you are ready to bring your house into the modern age and start saving money on your electric bill then Momentum is the way to go!

I will give a review for my representative. His name is Nathan. Amazing personality, and very knowledgeable about the product he's selling. He actually cares. My panels were installed. Still waiting to use them, because there was some kind of paperwork mishap(not on my end) regarding wiring. Perhaps if there ever up and running, I'll update this review. Otherwise, this is probably a better choice for a company to go with if you're going solar. I tried one other and they weren't even close.

Going solar! The other day we were finally able to sit down and talk with Felipe Roa, a consultant with momentum solar, and could not have asked for a better introduction and educational experience into the world of solar. Felipe was very knowledgeable, polite and patiently thorough with the whole explanation of the process. We were able to get all of our questions answered and had the pleasure of getting to know the kind consultant that was not only selling the equipment but that would be with us throughout the whole installation process from start to finish. Never thought I’d enjoy buying solar panels as much as we did. Momentum solar has quality customer service and it gives assurance in their quality of work. Thank you for such a wonderful and warm welcome into solar energy!
