Tom and the team at Priority solar couldn't have been easier to work with. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience. Tom came by in person in a matter of days with a detailed proposal. He worked with me patiently as we explored various financing options and panel arrangements. He never pushed me one way or another, but always gave me details to help make an informed decision. At that point, and for completely separate financial reasons, we decided to hold off on the project. Tom completely understood and was never pushy. Six months later I was ready to move forward and I reached back out on my own to get the project started. Once underway, the Priority Solar team made the process completely seamless. They handled permitting, install, coordination with roofing, tree work, and utility company. We are up and running with our system now and could not be happier.

I honestly could not have had a better experience going solar. From day one, this company stood out because they were transparent, professional, and actually did what they said they were going to do — which unfortunately isn’t always the case in this industry.

A lot of companies promise the world and then the fine print tells a different story. Here, what they quoted is exactly what I got. No surprises, no pressure tactics, no last-minute changes. They laid out clear timelines for approval, installation, and activation, and not only met them — they pushed hard behind the scenes to make it happen sooner. They followed up with every department and utility involved until everything was approved and moving forward.

What really impressed me is what happened after installation. That’s where many companies disappear, but they’ve been the complete opposite. They proactively monitor the system, notify me about anything before I even notice it, and immediately jump on any concerns. Their communication has been consistent and reassuring the entire time.

Tom is easy going, clearly knows his stuff, and explains everything in simple terms without any pressure or sales gimmicks. The installation went smoothly, the crew was on time and respectful, and they cleaned up when they were done.
