Very rude and unprofessional door to door salesman. When I politely advised him of the "No Soliciting" sign below the door bell he rang moments prior, he yelled "Maybe put the sign somewhere people will actually read it!" over his shoulder as he stomped off. I will certainly not be using this company. Also, our subdivision has a large "No soliciting" sign at the entrance that is very visible.
I attempted to have Sunvest install our solar panels in 2014 and 2016 without timely (or any) response. Reached out to them again to service our installed solar panels & this time I received a quick response with their service fees…but within a a few days they stated they couldn’t provide services to our home’s rooftop solar panels for “safety requirements”. They were polite when asked for a referral to someone who may be able to provide service to my home. I ended up having my panels serviced (and they are now taking over monitoring Enphase) by Elevated solar & Electric, a company in Brookfield & West Bend area. They were happy to come to lake country area and I highly recommend them.
I have worked with SunVest on the Attic Angel project and found them to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They promptly answered our questions and successfully helped us to obtain grants. Adam and Catie were particularly helpful in setting the tone for "can do" service and delivery.
We are extremely pleased with our experience working with the staff at SunVest. They brought an enormous amount of knowledge that helped us achieve more success with our installations than we ever anticipated. We found 40 residents who jumped to the chance of doing something for sustainability via solar and were willing investors in great systems. Without SunVest’s enthusiastic involvement, we would have had a much more difficult time at delivering the results achieved. We hired Sunvest to have an 85 kW array installed at our business. The installation, setup and monitoring system provided were as good as hoped. If we expand our array, I will definitely use them again.
