Buying solar from Premier was a great experience. Adam’s attention to detail and explaining the whole process made me feel so comfortable. He answered the few questions that I had left after his explanation in a quick and thorough fashion. The installation team was quick and made sure the whole house and yard were cleaned up when they were finished. I wish all contractors were as good as Premier!
Premier Improvements installed my home solar. The system was installed incorrectly and missing several panels. I only discovered this after install. They did come out and install the proper system and offered to reimburse me for the missed solar production over that time period which was a nice gesture. I am not fully satisfied with this gesture as they did have to drill quite a few new holes in my roof due to them doing the install incorrectly the first time but asking for them to replace the roofing would void my roof warranty so I did not push it further. Premier at least promised the incorrect install attachments that were left in place are included in their warranty (decades shorter than my roof warranty). My major concern is it has been months and I still have not been made financially whole. I went with this company due to all the good reviews and I'm sure my situation is an outlier but wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.Edit: Finally compensated for missed production from missing panels after ~4 months from when installation error was identified.
Premiere Improvements installed a Whole Home Solar Panel system as well as a whole home battery backup. From the first contact I had with Taylor and Chelsea, they were very knowledgeable and friendly. As the project progressed, I spoke with several others from Premiere including Brian. All were excellent to work with, very responsive and very thorough. Even when I changed the design at the last minute, Premiere was willing to make last-minute adjustments without issue. I would highly recommend Premiere Improvements for any project where they can help.
With energy prices continuing to hike in CT, it was time for my family to migrate over to solar. After doing tons of research and talking to numerous solar installers, Premier Improvements Solar was our choice. Their team was top tier in hand-holding us through the entire process, start to finish, sticking to their timelines and offering support when it was required. Adam, Taylor and the owner, Brian (their whole team, really) were transparent and awesome to work with. Highly recommended so far! If you're looking for solar in CT, these would be the folks I'd work with.

From the start of purchase to the end results of saving money on your electric bill Premier Solar took care of all aspects. I would like to thanks several employees that had such patience and professionalism with our installation; Our salesman Adam designed a perfect system with beautiful trim around each panel, the installers were the best and that includes Edrick, Dylan, Dylan, Brian and the entire Electrical Contracting company :MC Contracting L.L.C, Matthew took time and patience and completed a phenomenal job with installation and getting our system running perfectly! And a person who went above and beyond with many follow ups to make sure everything worked perfectly is Taylor, a valued employee that showed compassion and determination always!Thank you again for a wonderful Solar experience.
