Dan Hovey who leads West Hartford Solar knows his business well. He came out to the house to scope out the project and discuss my thoughts. He developed an easy to understand project proposal with multiple options that showed costs, savings and expected breakeven points. Since we had an old roof, he seamlessly set us up with Turner Roofing which did an excellent job replacing the roof. Earthlight, the solar panel installer, came out when Dan promised they would. They too, did a superior job of testing, installation, working with the utility company and explaining the technology. This process could have been complex to navigate but Dan simplified it tremendously! In addition, Dan gives back to humanity and the environment by planting a tree as part of his proposals. I highly recommend West Hartford Solar for any solar project without reservation!
